Had to drop by and say that this tank looks unreal, WOW, if its like anything he has built before, its going to be deadly !

What I'm most excited to see is that step-down because it steps down on two sides. Never seen that. It would look amazing if you did a live rock bg attached to both sides and had the bg stick up a bit to form a lip to keep the sand upstairs.

Agreed. That's how I'm doing mine. A 4" lip to keep sand from blowing over the edge.

Everything else looks amazing.

the drop down will be 19 mm
the bottom panels will all be 19 mm

sides will be 15 mm low iron

brace will be 15 mm low iron and 10 mm low iron

hard to explain but it will be a double brace with 15mm at 2.5 inches wide and 12mm at 3 inches wide. i want to make a lip on the brace where i can pressure fit netting in there so i can keep wrasse this time around.

i have got this crazy idea i want to put 7 pairs of hawaiian flame wrasse and whatever else that i found cool.

so tonight i had a chance to play with the placement of the stand, the more i moved the pieces around the more i was not liking the way i had it planed out.

i am starting to like how this came out, so what do you folks think





or should i just stick with the original configuration?
