Default Newbie looking for insight

Have t been back on this board in a long time .
My whole life I have had fresh water tanks. And for about 6 months I owned
A jbj nano .

It came totally set up fish coral etc. I kept it up and it thrived well until I had to move and I sold it. I just did weekly water changes . I never tested anything other than salinity .

Now 2 years later I would like to get another tank . I would like to place the tank in the center of my large room . Would like to have all sides viewable or at least 3 big ones.

Was originally thinking 30g long with 30g sump.

But then I saw this

I am definitely a DIY kinda guy , but I also like good deals . What do you guys think of this setup

Not much info on it , but your thoughts would be great

Thanks

Price is right. Seems to be an atypical setup but nothing inherently wrong with it that I can see.
