Had to do a minor repair on on of the fittings but it's water tight and does not leak. For that reason I have priced it a little cheaper.

I just set up my tank and realized that my lights don't heat up my tank water at all and no longer need it. I also live in a basement suite so I'm not to worried about it getting hot in here during the summer.
