Membership question.

Im just wondering if you have changed your membership discount. I was in today and was expecting 15% off, as it is the second wednesday of the month. But only recieved 10%. I mentioned and even showed the 15% on your web page but was told that it hasnt been changed yet. Thanks for the help, Kris.

The membership program changed as of January 1. We've had notices posted in the store for over a month now, unfortunately our web designer missed doing the update. It has been corrected now though.

Unfortunately by law you needed to give the 15% off as it is still advertised until it was corrected on the website.

Their website states that they match prices, they don't.

I too used to be a fan of AI but wont shop there anymore. not a big fan of the managements attitude.

Actually we do price match on drygoods. If you read the policy it states we will price match drygoods with local retailers on in stock items, we have never offered to match online warehouses or livestock.

Errors in advertised discounts are required to be corrected as soon as they are discovered, but do not have to be honoured. It's the customers right to refuse to buy the item at the corrected price. No one was twisting arms on it and the customer could have bought the items elsewhere if they wanted to.
