My stand skeleton is not pretty but you can park a truck on it. Built my own door panels out of Birch and Oak trim. Very simple but looks good in my living room and the wife approves.

Have built several other stands for a few other members as well. Not to mention a sweet light ring for reefwars

Grizz, how did you attach the wood to the steel?
what kind of hinges are you using to support those massive doors?
P.S. Looks really good

I welded the hinges to the stand and then screwed it to the doors. 2 hinges per door they are a 1 1/2" gate style hinge and the door are fairly light. Here is a picture of the right side door. I have doors on the ends as well.
