Default GLO T5 as supplement

Has anyone used one of these for supplement? Are they any good?

I do, and they work very well. There are a couple of ways to mount them which is handy. They don't have individual reflectors but for actinic supplements, it doesn't matter.

Thanks. I am thinking of mounting it at the front of this tank and need to tilt inwards. Can they tilt?
