Default membrane size

i bought the aquasafe 6stage reef system back a few years ago, and its a 100gpd membrane. i make maybe 10-15g per week at the most. would there be any benefit of changing the membrane to a small gpd? what else would need changing?

You would get a better rejection rate out of a 50 or 75 gpd membrane.

All you would have to change besides the membrane is the flow restrictor

100 gpd membrane does not work good in a regular sized unit, too many compromises.

I make up to 12 gallons a day in the winter just for evap!!! Yet my 1 year old Filmtec 75 gpd membrane is still at 1-2 ppm output!!!!!!!!
