FS: Vertex Omega 130 - Vancouver, BC

I purchased this from another forum member here 3 weeks ago, but the skimmer is bigger than what I expected. It barely fits in my sump and taking up more space than I like. Skims great skimmate. Stinky, dark and thick chunks floating around and stuck on the skimmer cup always.

It looks fairly brand new and has the upgraded impeller. The old faulty impeller design was exchanged for this new one from Vertex according to the forum member I purchased from. Runs fairly silent, my return pump (Tunze) has a louder hum than this skimmer, and Tunze makes one of the quietest return pumps on the market.

Price: $200 Firm. I bought it for this price. Brand new is $415 taxes in.

Forgot to mention as there might be some confusion. Vertex rates their Omega series differently. They don't give gallon ranges. This skimmer can handle a medium stocked 150 gallons to a well stock (heavy stocked) fish/SPS/Coral system up to 100 gallons.
