Default My new Red Frogfish tank (Fluval Flora nano reef)

Here's some first pics of the Fluval Flora tank setup I bought from at the first annual BCAquaria auction today. Still working on the aquascaping but wanted to post something tonight. The rock is one single piece taken from the 210g when I tore that down last weekend. Different red & green macroalgae, and a few small easy to keep frags (tiny toadstool, zoas, & mushroom corals mainly).

With the new bigger desk, this is my new view while I'm working on the computer.

Great looking tank...and frogfish, Anthony! Good to see that all that exercise today didn't leave you too exhausted. Didn't take you long to get that little beauty up and running!...and to think that I was about to suggest that with a nice nano like that you would need a "special" fish like the Discordipinna griessingeri that I have for sale. LOL. http://www.canreef.com/vbulletin/sho...a+griessingeri

Here's a second thought. Wanna trade?

That's awesome Anthony. One day I want to do a similar setup myself for a frogfish. They are soooo dang cool!

Awesome and evil for giving me ideas! Ended up being motivated to buy myself a cube tank this past weekend cause I want a frogfish and miss owning one.

The frogfish seems to be totally loving the new tank. He's eating rehydrated freeze dried shrimp but I'm going to cut up a fresh shrimp for him and let him try a treat. His little hidey-hole is right at the corner where he can keep an eye on me while I work on the computer.

The only problem with my tanks (particularly this one) is that I now get far less work done and when I work, it's slower & I tend to take fish-watching breaks constantly. Hopefully I'll get back into my workaholic mode soon so I can keep up with the workload.

Anthony
