Default Anyone using Zeo rocks?

I bought a bag of these a little while ago. They came with no instructions and I can't seem to find any useful info on-line. So how do I use them properly? I can put some in one of my phosban reactors (but then I have to give up either carbon or GFO). Could I put them in a high flow area of the sump? Also how much do I use and how often should they be changed out?

Thanks

Here Mike try this. If you use the rocks you have to run basically the whole system and yes they need a reactor. Check out page 4

Thanks Scott,

I couldn't find anything like that in all the searches I did. I'll read it over. I picked up the rocks cause they're only like $15 bucks a bag. I use a couple KZ products but not ALL of them. I'll use up this bag of rocks and see what happens.

Anyone else using them?

I have been running the whole system now for a few(4ish) months. Coral color is great on 98% of all my SPS and my frags grow crazy fast, and the colonies too for the most part.
