Where to find Mag Chloride in YYC

can anyone tell me where I could find Magnesium Chloride in YYC. Have looked at some box stores at their snow melt and haven't been able to locate any.

I used this last year, purchased from CanadianTire. I did have some brown residue at the bottom after mixing which I filtered out using a coffee filter.
