Skimmer not skimming

I got an old CPR Model SR4 with a Rio 1700 on it but I can not get it to foam.

Have downloaded and printed the manual and every thing looks right but nothing.
It pushes a lot of water so that is all working right.
Help me please.

check air line maybe replace air line supply or even the air check valve It may take a while before it skims just like new. Run it in vinegar and water make the solution strong that will clean it just like new. also is there anyone that can go over to your place that can lend a hand and check over everything for you?

every once and a while I'll pour some ro/di water into the airline to keep it clear.

Can you blow threw your airline, see bubbles in the skimmer body?

Yes I can.
I had already stripped everything down and cleaned it all but maybe I missed something.
I am going to fill a bucket with hot water and vinegar and run it for a day or so.
The one thing I might have missed is where the smaller tube hooks back to the skimmer.
Might even swap out the air lines for new just because.
Then lets see what happens.
