Default LF refugium light

Preferably not too expensive.
If it has a timer, all the better
As long as it can grow macroalgae I'm happy.

Home Depot sells those compact fluorescents, the curly ones. Buy daylight.
Should be about 6000 Kelvin.
That always grew cheato for me. Cheap too

Clip on desk light ($10.49+tax at Cdn Tire this week) with a Philips 26w Daylight CFL bulb and you're set. Should be under $20 total cost.

Default Boom.

See above. Don’t go super cheap on nutrient export. You can do it cheap with An offshore tuned spectrum grow light for 40-60 bucks. Better macro growth, less energy consumed, longer lifespan. No contest.
