Default More diving with sea lions...

Got back last night from a trip to Hornby Island over the weekend. It's always a lot of fun diving with the sea lions.

Time for a little snack...

And a wolf eel.

It can be pretty intimidating the first time in the water with them. They are like big dogs and are just curious about you. The juveniles can get fairly rambunctious so they tend to nibble more than the big ones. It's amazing being underwater with them and to just watch how agile they are.

Leah, those are orange cup corals.

Very cool. Just make sure you don't try it when it's breeding season and the big bulls are there. I had a close encounter last year.
