Default Torn torch.

I moved a power head last week and it look like it has ripped the flesh off one of the heads.
All outer heads are fine. The one ripped still looks good in a bad way. It hasn't disintegrated. Looks like it still wants to open up. But it's only holding on by a thread.
Should I leave it or remount it on a plug?

I would reduce the flow around the piece and see if it recovers. Not much needs to be left it to grow back. Worst case scenario it dies or lets go and you still have two good heads.

Not sure if it can be re-attached once it lets go. You could try super gluing it to get it to stay in one place and see what happens.
