Thumbs up The Greenei has Landed.....

Arrived healthy and active. Not shy. Approx. 5.5" These are pictures taken yesterday morning after it had been acclimated to its new temporary home. It has eaten small morsels of food out of my hand.

And "Yes" ; I know pundits are thinking to themselves that I should not have fed it so soon. I know; but I'm weak and it was hard to resist.

Nice! The Goldenback that my client has eats everything. He goes nuts for nori sheets. I'm surprised no one else has posted much in your thread, this is a cool fish! Are you going to put it into a reef?

Thanks. I like hearing myself talk.

The master plan is to put it in a reef.

That's one beauty of a fish! How big is he going to get?

Thank you. In the wild; it's estimated to grow approx. 12". However not much is currently known. Also; in captivity I would guess the approx size could be in the 8"-9" range.

I love triggerfish. They are the reason I wanted a bigger tank, even though I only have 1, he's a favorite. So full of personality, and those eyes....

I can't wait to see him in your reef! What a great addition! Congrats!
