Coralm,

Thanks.

It's all done with frames. the main homepage calls two separate pages to be displayed. one is the navigation frame on the left. and the other is the main viewing area. the navigation doesn't change nor does the main homepage. only the actual main viewing area changes pages.

That is exactly the kind of website I want. How hard is it to do that? It will be really easy to navigate. Good work Darren.

started this last night before I went to bed Troy.

it's that easy for me to do.

I just redid all the colors in the last hour. it used to be burgundy. now blue. :D

Keep in mind I had the code for it written from a pervious web page. that took me a while to work out. ;)

Very nice and clean Darren.

One technical thing I noticed is that as your list is expanded in the menu frame, the frame does not allow scrolling so items pushed down are out of reach until a higher heading is collapsed again.

Just an observation. Can't wait to see more content.

Andrew,

hmmm so we can teach an old dog new tricks. ;)

I have always done my nav bars this way.. I don't like having scroll bars in them. Takes up valuable space. They clutter the screen up too much IMO. Thanks tho.

Thanks for the compliments guys.

Alan,

mmm blue.. It used to be maroon this morning. A friend of mine in advertising suggested these colors. I kinda like em. :D Soothing.

Kim,

I jump between Front Page, Word and Dreamweaver interdev. Prefer the text editor tho. That was how I learned.

Great looking job Darren. :D Better than my plain jane page. Love those links. I am going to have to figure how to do that.
