Default identification please

New2.jpgI bought this frag on rock about 3 week ago and it have some type of hard shell attach to it though it just some dead coral but found that something is living in it and the head just starting to poke out not sure if I should keep it or kill it

Looks like a vermitid snail. Not bad, but in numbers could be an eye sore with their stringy webs all over the place.

Default Vermilion snail

It starting to make Web around the area, does it do any damage to coral as I have both sps and lps

Yup, get rid of that sucker. You'll be very sorry if you don't. I made the mistake of leaving the first one I saw, and now it is all over... And no natural pest control of it,... that I know of.
