Default Greyhound fails to ship then lies to me about it.

I tried to ship a clearly marked 'Perishable' 'Fragile' and 'Live Fish' package of coral to Chetwynd last night on the 10pm bus which should have arrived there at 3am. This morning the recipient messages me to say that they did not arrive. So I call the station to ask what is going on and they say that the package is no longer here, it must be in Chetwynd. The recipient also phones and is informed that no, the package never left PG. So hopefully it goes out on this evenings 10pm bus... and hopefully this message reaches the masses because I'm pretty ****ed about their poor service right now. Greyhound people: at least have the balls to admit when you've made a mistake! Generally poor service is bad enough but I really hate being lied to.

End of rant.

How do you know the people you spoke with today have any idea what the night shift employees did.

Unfair to call them all liars. IMO. It could have been a scan error. Who knows.

If you have your shipping slip I'm sure you can contact a higher up for ligit explanations.

I wonder... does anyone care enough to read signatures if you make them really small? I would not. I would probably moan and complain, read three words and swear once or twice. But since you made it this far, please rate my builds.

Greyhound is not safe except you using high pri type shipping n pay extra money. Otherwise you package may not catch the schedule due to no enough room or something like that. My fish die for same reason last time.

So pay extra money or donot use it , that's what i learn

Yup. Greyhound has killed livestock on me before like that. Took 3 days for them to find it on a loading dock. Wasn't impressed. No reimburment either
And it was labeled life fish. Perishable. Rush.

Yeap there's another fee for next bus service. No guarantee otherwise.

I hate Greyhound. I have had several packages lost. Thankfully it wasn't livestock and because of my past experiences with them I will never ship livestock through them.

THe biggest problem with Greyhound is they don't use a tracking system at all, so nothing is scanned.

Also if you read thier rules they are not responsible for losses on live or perishable shipments.
