But it only takes then a few hours usually if they like the spot to attach.

I wouldnt put on any puddy ,IMO.

Mine have been in my tank for 2 days now and it seem to love the spot where it is, yet is has not attached yet.

I'm actually liking their placement on the bottom. The top down view gives us the best view of their amazing colors. I think I've got enough light to keep them there for a while to see if they like it. ( pair of 250 w MH)

ok, Moved some other corals so the new clams could have their own flat perches. Here's some pics

new clams have planted roots after 24 hrs
