Default Coral boring worms?

Does anyone know of any species of worms that bore into Euphylia or other corals?
I was fragging some coral the other day. Cut through a branch with the ringsaw, put the frag into some seawater and out pops this:

Pretty sure it came out of here (it was rather unexpected and I'm not sure if I trust what I think I saw):


My distrust of my memory aside I did notice little holes in the skeleton.


I dipped the frags after but did not find anymore worms.
