Default I need black acrylic (Edm)

I cant find a place, preferably in the North End, to buy black acrylic. I can find clear but want black.

Small piece about 18x14.5"

Anyone know where I can find it?

Thanks.

I wonder... does anyone care enough to read signatures if you make them really small? I would not. I would probably moan and complain, read three words and swear once or twice. But since you made it this far, please rate my builds.

Last time I looked around most places wouldn't sell anything less than a full 4x8 sheet. But I talked Sabic Polymershapes into selling me a half sheet. It cost almost 75% of a full sheet... You can give them a shout and might get lucky 780-451-1650.

I need only 18"x15".

No chance of buying a sheet that big. Ha ha.

I'm going to put a sanding disc on my grinder and try "frost" the clear piece I have already.

Thanks for the input.

you can get this piece at Plastics Plus, they will cut to size as you wait. for clear acrylic, it was like $2.00 sq ft for 1/8", 4.00 for 1/4" 6.00 for 3/8, etc

They have black and clear

Called them at 11 for a price. And twice since. Still no email quote. 3 hrs. Pretty simple quote, maybe I am too small an order?

Found. $15 at Sabic Polymeric on the west end.

Thanks for the leads. Thanks Bob for the winning location.
