Full system for sale, or part out 120G Vancouver

Ideally would like to sell complete system, but may consider parting if no interest.
Well over $11000 invested.
My loss your gain.
Only have 4 fish and a few corals now as we lost a few a couple years ago.
Never any crash in the 7 years we have had.

Fish = 6" Sohal Tang, Some type of strawberry grouper 6", yellow tail damsal & Royal Gramma (I think) Would prefer someone to have all fish for $300.
80- 100lbs (approx) live rock. $300.
couple bubble anemones ($120), mushrooms, orange mushroom Ricordia coral Large $150, pincushion and spike urchins, snails etc.
Would prefer someone to take all livetock first, if parting for $600, or $850 including rock. Tank is in good place for restocking/changing and getting where you want. Absolute bargain on new price for mature system. Take the whole lot for $2500.

Recordea and Bubble tips gone, plus some live rock. Fish possibly gone tonight. $3/lb for live rock. Probably 60-70lb. Some very nice pieces, shapes etc.

Update - Mushrooms, live rock, urchins, snails available. $170 takes all the live rock! about 60-70lbs and some very nice pieces.
$70 takes 3 remaining fish - Strawberry grouper, dotyback and Royal Gramma
