Thanks for the compliments.
I lowered the flow to stop sand from blowing around. I had areas 4" deep and others bare bottom. I leveled the sand and everything is staying. I also noticed coral damage from strong direct current.

Very nice tank and progress....
Not sure if you are thinking that your purple monster is the same as the tyree purple monster? If so I hate to be the barer of bad news but it is definately not a tyree purple monster. Everything looks great though....keep it up.
