white spot on triggers eye

I have ablue lined trigger and hes has developped a white circle on one of his eyes, he also has another white circle on his body. what is this and what sort of medication do i need to treat him ? Any help would be greatly apreciated.

White circle on the body could be nothing more than a bite mark. Need a photo.
