Default Removing Bearing On Red Dragon Pump/ BK Pump

There was a post somewhere that I can no longer find about using needle nose plyers to remove a bearing in these pumps for cleaning. Can someone please place a link or get me in the right direction. Thanks

Thanks thats it but I thought there was photos along with it. It was late last night so maybe I was dreaming or under the influence.
