Default DIY Fuge

I am currently building my fuge out of a Old brita water container. So is the best thing to do have it trickle back into my tank?
Like have it above and trickle back in gravity style? or does it require alot of flow

I remember the last one i made i made it trickle and never researched it. But i know it was full of life that way nothing passes threw a pump back into the tank

My vote would be for a slow outflow of water (more contact time inside the fuge), but you want decent water movement inside the fuge.

I use a MJ300 to feed my 20g fuge and a MJ1200 inside the fuge for water movement.
