Default algae in my nano

my 20g has been up for 3.5 weeks and there is a bit of green hair algae(think thats what its called) i let it grow on the back glass, but it is now on the sand. i have 10 hermits which don't seem to be eating it.

i'm heading to a LFS 2mara what would be the best to put in there to stop the growth? turbo snails, more hermits, maybe a star? Just thought id ask before i go
thanks

Well, I would suggest no more hermits, perhaps a few turbo snails. It's still a new tank and this is very common. Use RO/DI water and be patient, it will probably go away.

What is the bioload like? If it's heavy you may need to do water changes more frequently.
