Default Float switches

I have a JBJ ATO, been using it for years, question is can the float switch quit working. I find that the float switch in the sump will not shut off then it's turn on.

Last year this happen and my solution was to change the float switches around, reservoir switch to sump. Now I have the same problem.

Float switch regularly maintained.

Default

I had 2 float switches setup in the sump of my old setup and they lasted 10+ years without an issue.

The ones I had were not purchased from eBay but from a local company in Canada.......not sure what the brand is though.
