I think Mike told Brad to put a banana in it to relieve his cramps. I use Midol, but whatever works I guess.

Muscles, most notably legs, can get cramps if you're low on potassium.

Okay, the OP is prolly rolling his eyes by now wondering if any further advice on helping get mag level in his fish tank to desired number will be forthcoming! We should oblige mes amis, non?

Just keep adding mag supplements to the tank its takes a lot to raise it like mine was recently 900 and wanted to get it back and I had to add over 5L off bulk mag mixed up over the course of a week to raise it
