Default Fading Color

When i first installed my 250w MH, my blue acro's color was fully vibrant, but i performed a water change a week ago and the color started to fade...Does anyone know what may be contributing to this?

what are your water parameters?

IMO, alkalinity can affect the color of some sps.

So you just intsalled your 250w and then they faded?
Or is the bulb a few months old or more?
