Looks like a Juvenile Starry Trigger or Gold Heart Trigger (which may actually be the same fish).

Its a Juvenile blue line trigger, it morphs to the adult color in about 1 year.

lol thats the trigger, i wanted to get a picaso but i didnt have enough time to get a bigger tank, and we could onl keep it with a few different fish
