Default LF: base rock

Iam looking for about 10lbs of base rock to add to my tank, I dont want to risk putting LR in my display and having it cycle.

plus this way I can watch all the good stuff grow on the base rock

I would like somthing that looks ok as well.

thanks!

I picked up some Tufa from a local landscaping place. Once covered in coraline etc it looks good. You should 'seed' base rock with a few pieces of live rock. A cycle won't hurt it.

Kullman's was selling what they called 'ocean rock'. Looked like old skeletons, lots's of holes but was still heavy.

I have about 30lbs in my tank right now the tank has been running for about 8 months now, I just have some holes to fill and dont want my tank to re-cycle and stress out the tank.
