Well if someone tells me how to put a video on here I'd show you. My tank is 30" deep so that may have something to do with it. I have the Gyres facing each other and the tank is 60" long. My LPS are not disturbed one bit.
And with the new mounting brackets the Gyres come with the are virtually silent at 100%

Yeah, I really haven't noticed much noise from them either - just a ramping up and down like you can hear with Tunzes.

Ah ok, the tank I'm referring to is 120 x 30 x 24" and the Gyres face each other too. I have a 6105 in each back corner blowing across the back pane. When I was setting them up I tried with just one running and the single one could turn the whole tank quite well, but it was too much for most of the LPS.

I actually see Gyre in person today and I didn't notice any noise. Flow was good as almost all review say. I think I'll go for Gyre instead getting two MP40s.
