Tek. Better fixture and better reflectors plus each lamp has its own reflector.

IMO pay the little extra and get the elite as well.

Personally, I dont like coralife products. Out of those 2 fixtures I would go with the Tek. Is there a reason you are going with a 4 lamp? I would go with a 6 lamp or 8 lamp. You will find that with a 6 lamp you will be able to fine tune the color better than a 4 lamp. For an extra $65 you can go from the 4 lamp to the 6 lamp Tek.

If it was my tank, I would go with

I would go with the 6 or 8, but affordability is a concern

I would go with the tek. I have had two Tek fixtures and have been happy with them. I don't like coralife either.

Problem with the Tek is that you have to buy separate bulbs. Other than that I'm with you

Thats a good way to tell if your buying a good fixture or not. Most of the high end fixtures dont come with bulbs, most box store ones do ie Coralife and Wavepoint.

Although I do beleive ATI is including bulbs with their fixtures right now.

I never looked at it that way. What bulbs would you recommend I buy for lighting a 75 mixed reef?

Concept carries ATI bulbs, so I'd go with those.

Spectrum wise though, obviously a 10,000 and an Actinic, but would I do a pair of each? or is there an other bulb combo I should use?
