The troll quotient may be true to a degree as I have seen it in other forums I frequent. However, I'm reporting what I see in the broader sense across the country from an industry point of view. In your circle you may see an increase in interest, but I'm just saying that may not necessarily be the case in other areas. In fact, it's not.

What is meant by a troll? Do they live under the Canreef bridge?

Out of the dozen or so forums I frequent I would say Canreef has the least trolls by a very large margin.

A troll is someone who frequently hijacks a thread or makes irrelevant posts. Someone not unlike myself..

I have to agree some forums are just plain nasty!
