Okay since this is new to me with these type of lights, what does degrees mean?

There is also a choice of colors, what is the best for reef keeping?

I have a rock flower anemone, 2 frags of zoas/paly's and a fancy green mushroom

This is just a little pico 2 gal tank I have going.

I currently have the ExoticEco Pico LED Fixture that has 3 strips each strip has 2 whites and 1 blue. I was going to take one of the strips out and replace it with an all blue to have 4 whites and 5 blues

I don't know if this fixture is the issue my zoas/paly's are brown and not showing their color??

They are healthy otherwise but just no color.

Someone else told me that this fixture does not have the right kind of white for growing corals.

Any help greatly appreciated as I don't want to waste money on something else if I do not have to.

The tighter the degrees the less the angle and more penetration you get so 80 degree optics have more spred then 60 degree optics

The lights is probably why the zoa's are browning out the new lights should help

So would you say a 60 or 80 for this little tank?

Also is there not a reefer on here that is selling stuff from Kelowna?

Nick at Reefsupplycanada in Kelowna has some well priced Par38 bulbs.
