Default Red Scooter Blenny/Dragonet - frozen enough?

I just got the most adorable little red scooter blenny. Had him for about three days and I've luckily been able to feed him frozen brine, mysis and blood worms.

Problem is he only eats a couple of bites (initially, when I drop it right in front of him). I try multiple times to put food in front of him and he usually hops right over it. Later I see him picking at the sand and liverock, but I'm afraid that my orchid dottyback ate all the pods since I no longer see them swimming around.

From what I've read, I'm worried that this little bit of frozen won't be enough. Should I be trying to recultivate the pods? Any advice if I don't have a fuge? Can I just put a ball of chaeto in my tank and reintroduce some pods?

Do hope I can keep my little Kermit fat and happy :-)

Any advice??
