Default what the hell is this

I've been noticing these wormy things in my filter socks lately. Wondering what they are, and should I b sweating it. I'd think my wrasse or cbb would nail 'emIMAG0463.jpg

Only if you handle it then you will learn what it feels like yo have porcupine quills in you

I switch them out every 3-4 days.
