I actually did the whole tech support with Neptune and they were unable to get it running again. So I sent it away for repairs. I can't remember what exactly the repaired, I will try and find the paperwork from them tomorrow. It's kind of scary how much trust we put in these controllers since it seems like they have a somewhat high failure rate.
