Tony I've seen your big tank. No offense but it's aquascaped a little too minimally right now for my tastes Very good quote you posted btw.

Yeah, I figure if "less is more" then surely "nothing must be everything!"

I've been staring at the aquascaping the last couple of days and I think I might stick with it the way it is for now. It's really grown on me. That plus the eventual addition of my favorite fish the Sohol Tang, he/she will have lots of room to roam.

That's my favorite fish as well. But I don't have that extra 45 gallons of display volume you seem to be flaunting all over the place. So tempting...pimpest fish EVER but ever since I saw some video of one in what I think was a 10 foot 600 gallon or something...I backed out. Thing crossed end-to-end literally in the blink of an eye. I will be watching to see how it goes for you though.

Looks like it's time for more research...

Well the speed is an issue. Not to mention the MANY posts on RC about them being killing machines as they mature. And I STILL want one. That's the power of a sexy fish right there =)

great white with their teeth in their tail is a good analogy.
Would be kind of cool to say I have a fish that's mean as a great white.. lol, but not really practical.

I have one in a tank with 3 other tangs. He was added last and is the smallest. he was attacking my other fish while floating in the bag . As soon as I let him out he went after a hippo that was twice his size and whipped him . He has since laid off and only gets aggressive at feeding time. He is a total jerk but he has tons of personality
