And yeah, armstrong is quite a ways out -- It *might* be worth looking at Chase and Turtle valley area (about 45-60 mins out). Nice lake town. One of the downside to most of these rural areas -- No high speed internet. A lot are dial up and only get 25kbps at best. Just something to consider when you decide on what area. |

![]() I am a Kamloops reefer myself, I moved back from Langley after about 4 years living in the lower mainland and have not regretted it once in the 1.5 years. I would reccommend black pines its out past westsyde but there are big views, big lot size and close ammenities. I live in bachelor heights, chose to stick closer to town for commuting reasons, though I often laugh at what is called "rush hour" here.
