Can't wait to see it full of coral Doug! The aquascaping came out looking amazing, so many overhangs and caves.

Joking aside I am glad I went and helped out. He was pretty sad about everything and he needed a push to get back on track and not shut it all down. I'm glad I was there to help him out and get the tank going again.
no serious thou that was really nice of you Laurie to take time out of your day to help out.. It seems that is what we do as reefer's to help out regardless of who it is.. there never isn't enough time to help all .

Keep chugging along. You have every reason to: you know you are good at it, this was a freak incident and they happen to us all, RC has great pricing (esp. for employees), you have so many people who care about you and support you in keeping at it. I mean look at this thread! It is over a 100 pages long. That's not just because of the pretty pictures.

If you are bored waiting for the coralline to come back you could always skin that stand

No that doesnt make me feel any better Kelly....sorry about your mini-crash.........

thanks guys......

things seem to have stabilized over the past couple weeks......ammonia was at 0.....nitrates are still a bit high but not obscene at 30ish......so Ive started off with a few zoanthids, acans and due to a recent visit to E-town, I came home with some freebie sps frags(probably too soon for them, but they were free) from Wes(bluetang3).....thanks again man!

I forgot to mention something cool that happened during the move.......I found that I had a hitchhiker fish.....thats right.....a hitchhiker fish......Mikey and I were pulling the last of the rock out of the tank and we notice this fish that looked sorta like my neon dottyback, but the colors were way off.....I thought maybe the NDB was showing some kind of stress patterning or something and then I saw the actual NDB.....anyways Mikey found what the fish was....heres a link... http://www.bluezooaquatics.com/produ...id=2030&cid=11

and as you can see in some of these pics, Im going through a major algea bloom.......bloom away I say and suck up some of these excess nutrients

some pics of the new acans.....
