Also, how hardy are these fish?
Specifically in terms of diet? I know with golden head sleeper gobies they tend to starve in tanks over time as they don't feed well on fish food. |

Our local shop has them in stock, pm me if you can't find any locally,I am flying down Monday and can bring you one. I have one left in my 300, does a bang up job keeping the sand clean ( 3 years now) cool fish to watch they work nearly constantly scooping up mouthfuls of sand.

sand sifters
I recently got an orange-spotted goby on Boxing Day at J&L. It looked quite healthy at the LFS, but unfortunately even after slowing acclimating it into my tank, I failed to see it from that day onwards. A week later, I went to King Ed's and got a dragon goby. Very hardly and a great sand sifter. It will even swim among the fish to eat brine shrimp, in addition to sifting the sand constantly. I highly recommend this one. There are still a couple left since I have been there last week.

@ Mr Fish55;
Thank you very much for the generous offer! I am not sure that a tank my size could support one of these gobies, I think I will do some more research before getting one. @ Volitan; Thanks for the heads up definitely one of the options I will keep in mind. |
