Default cleaning and smell

I have cleaned out my 72 RR bow frt getting it ready to sell but there's this rotton dead seaweed type smell.(from overflows) I am trying to clear up anyone know something I can use I don't want to use anything harsh type chemicals in case of residual later on when someone else starts it up.

Vinegar makes a good cleaner
