Here's a link to what I bought.

Looks like I should of waited to buy it (I was told it wasn't going on sale when I bought it a week or so ago) but it seems to have dropped in price by about $300.00

they also have the BM 300 with 3 pumps that is a wicked skimmer too... rated for 750 gal. but I will have to check out the tanks when I come up, and help ya tweak that skimmer too. I may need a ride from the base to your house and i will buy the coffee's thou... is that is ok..
Yep, no problem (FYI I tried wording this a few times without it sounding bad, but it wasn't working to well! )

Yes it's an external one. The pump it comes with is an Italian made Askoll 1500 pump. Custom enlarged volute and pinwheel.

Laurie, How's the new skimmer working out? Are you happy with it? (These cone skimmers interest me).
P.S. checked out your "All New Look, All New Photos." Nice Job! You have a real nice collection of fishes.

This is the skimmer this afternoon after one day of skimming. Keep in mind though that the skimmer has been off line for the past few days while the tanks were getting plumbed together.
