Default Bulkhead and overflow suggestions for 40g cube

Hey guys.

In my reef cave thread I'll post up once I have some progress to show but for now I have a 40g cube built and I'm needing help with planning the plumbing for a sump.

I'm doin a center pillar style overflow box with 360degree overflow and 2 holes drilled in the back corner or beside the overflow for returns rather then on the back wall. That will help disturb the surface water a bit and should work I think for nice spread of flow.

So... I have no idea what sizes to go for on the overflow. Was thinking 1-1.5" drain and 3/4" returns in case I need massive flow but if not I'll get reducers to fit 1/2". I'll need more then a mag5 for return I'm pretty sure. Maybe a mag7 would be ideal.

Let me know what size holes I'll need to drill and what size bulk heads you would suggest. I've done drilling myself before so doesn't scare me to do it for this tank but is always a scary thing lol.
