Cheap cheap mostly. These are guesses I don't recall exactly...

2 sheets of 1/2" ply - $72 (Used 1 and maybe 1/4 of the other)
paint and primer - $30
24' of moulding - $20
wood filler - $5
drawer slides - $30

So maybe $150 ish?
