Rio Protien Skimmer

I saw that Marine depot had the new Rio Skimmer on their page for $29.99 today. Has anyone had a chance to try one of these yet? Obviously I wouldn't expect great things but if it's say prizim-ish in performance and I could mess with it a bit I might just give it a try.

I'd like to grab it local too so if anyone is carrying them let me know.
