help with water pumps

okay heres the info on my pump

EcoPlus-396 pumps 396 gallons per hour (GPH) / 1500 liters per hour (LPH) at an even head with a maximum pumping height of 6.39 feet or 1.95 meters. Includes 1/2 inch and 3/4 inch hose connections. 110V, 25 watts, measures 6.4 inches long by 3.1 inches wide by 4.5 inches tall.

so are they saying at 6.39 feet im still getting 396gph?

i have 3/4 bulkheads and i think 1/2 hose with a travel distance of about 34 inches
